Hi, I’m Larisa, a passionate entrepreneur. Originally from Uzbekistan, I moved to Germany at 23, pursuing my master’s degree on a scholarship. My journey into recruitment began in 2011, and by 2017, I took on my first leadership role in a digital company. Since 2021, I’ve been fully dedicated to my entrepreneurial path, combining my expertise in recruitment with a drive to empower others and create impactful solutions.

In addition to leading and developing my companies, I’ve written and published two books and created the DRIVE Methodology®, which I’ve trademarked. I also regularly speak at various conferences and meetups, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, recruitment, and leadership. My passion is to inspire others and contribute to driving meaningful change in the business world.
